Groupassur is proud to announce the agreement concluded with Mr. Benoit Beaucage for the acquisition of Val International on September 30, 2020. Owner of Val International since 2004, broker involved since 1979 and on the eve of his 60th birthday, Benoit has decided to pass the torch while continuing to use his knowledge and experience within Groupassur .

Val International is a wholesaler specializing in civil liability in Quebec. This acquisition will allow Groupassur to solidify its markets and offer its brokers complete civil liability solutions.

Groupassur is now positioned as the most accomplished wholesaler with 100% Canadian ownership.

Until the official date, both companies will continue to serve their brokers distinctively while working collaboratively on capabilities and products to offer the best service. More details will follow.
