GROUPASSUR MAKES ITS FIRST ACQUISITION IN ONTARIO

Groupassur is proud to announce the acquisition of TCB Underwriting Ltd., a Canadian MGA that has been offering unique, standard and substandard insurance products across Ontario since 2013. In addition to bringing in new markets, this transaction will allow us to better and more effectively serve our Ontario brokers.

Groupassur took advantage of the many similarities between the two companies to complete the transaction. We are very proud to add experienced underwriters to our team with exhaustive knowledge of the Ontario market.
