GROUPASSUR FAIT SA PREMIÈRE ACQUISITION EN ONTARIO

Groupassur is proud to announce the acquisition of TCB Underwriting Ltd. , a Canadian wholesaler that has been offering unique, standard and sub-standard insurance products throughout Ontario since 2013. In addition to bringing new markets, this transaction will allow us to better and more efficiently serve our Ontario brokers.

Groupassur took advantage of the many similarities between the two companies to complete the transaction. We are very proud to add to our team experienced underwriters who have increased knowledge of the Ontario market.
